These terms govern CreditGo as an informational comparison and referral service to external providers.

For the Philippines, CreditGo is a comparison and referral service only. Final interest, fees, repayment terms, eligibility, and contract disclosures are provided by the lender or partner before acceptance.

Financial service notice

Do not pay upfront fees to CreditGo: any applicable cost must appear in the provider terms before acceptance.
Approval is not guaranteed and may depend on identity, income, history, anti-fraud checks, affordability, and local rules.
Request credit only if you can afford repayment. Late payment may create costs, affect your record, or limit future requests.

Local requirements

CreditGo must be presented as a comparison and referral service, not as the lending company or financing company.
Final lenders should comply with SEC registration, online lending platform rules where applicable, and the Truth in Lending Act.
Before acceptance, the provider should disclose finance charges in pesos, annualized rate, total amount financed, fees, payment dates, and late-payment consequences.
Marketing must avoid approval promises, hidden charges, harassment, or misleading collection statements.

CreditGo role

CreditGo provides a simulation, comparison, and referral interface.
It is not the lender, does not issue credit, does not provide personalized financial advice, and does not make the final approval decision.
Information shown before reaching a partner is indicative and is not a binding offer.

External providers

When you continue with an offer, you may leave CreditGo and enter the provider's website.
The provider will show full terms, fees, APR, repayment terms, late-payment consequences, and requirements.
You should accept only if you understand the final provider terms and can afford repayment.

Permitted use

You must provide truthful, current, and personal information.
Do not use the app for fraudulent, automated, or third-party-infringing requests.
We may limit access if we detect abuse, fraud, security risk, or use contrary to these terms.

Availability and ranking

Offers, amounts, terms, and providers may vary by country, profile, and availability.
Offer order may consider relevance, availability, performance, partner compensation, or other commercial criteria.
We may update the app, available markets, and these terms.
