Local requirements

  • CreditGo must be presented as a comparison and referral service, not as the lending company or financing company.
  • Final lenders should comply with SEC registration, online lending platform rules where applicable, and the Truth in Lending Act.
  • Before acceptance, the provider should disclose finance charges in pesos, annualized rate, total amount financed, fees, payment dates, and late-payment consequences.
  • Marketing must avoid approval promises, hidden charges, harassment, or misleading collection statements.

Provider controls for iOS

  • Maximum equivalent APR may not exceed 36% in the iOS version, including costs and fees.
  • No App Store-visible offer may require repayment in full in 60 days or less.
  • Final provider terms must identify the lender, registration details where applicable, rate, fees, schedule, default consequences, and complaint channel.

Privacy and data

  • Data Privacy Act rights include being informed, access, objection, rectification, erasure or blocking, portability, damages, and complaint rights.
  • Data sharing with lenders or partners must identify recipients, purposes, categories of personal data, and the user's rights before sharing.
  • Deletion requests may be limited where retention is required for legal obligations, claims, or legitimate business purposes.
