Local requirements

  • CreditGo must be presented as a comparison and referral service, not as a lender, credit repair organization, broker of record, or financial adviser.
  • Any lender-facing or consumer-facing final offer must satisfy applicable federal and state lending, licensing, usury, advertising, and broker rules.
  • Truth in Lending-style cost fields should be visible before acceptance: APR, finance charge, amount financed, total of payments, payment count, due dates, late fees, and prepayment terms.
  • State availability must be filtered if a provider is not authorized to serve a user location.

Provider controls for iOS

  • Maximum equivalent APR may not exceed 36% in the iOS version, including costs and fees.
  • No App Store-visible offer may require repayment in full in 60 days or less.
  • Final provider terms must include lender identity, eligibility checks, repayment schedule, late-payment consequences, and state-specific disclosures.
  • CreditGo charges no upfront fees and does not guarantee approval, credit score improvement, or specific loan terms.

Privacy and data

  • Provide access, correction, deletion, opt-out and consent withdrawal paths where federal or state privacy laws make them available.
  • Disclose data shared with lenders, lead buyers, affiliates, analytics, anti-fraud, and support vendors.
  • Do not present a privacy choices URL as a substitute for in-app account deletion if the iOS app creates accounts.
